Friday, 2/22 Tasting and Education:  Ferrari Wine Dinner 

Ferrari was established over a century ago  in northern Italy’s Trentino region. Ferrari has  a worldwide reputation as the premier source of luxury metodo classico sparkling wines from Italy.  Ferrari wines are produced according to the regulations of the metodo classico Trento D.O.C, a process akin to that used by the finest Champagne houses.

Tasting: Ferrari Brut, Ferrari Rose, Ferrari Perle 10 and Giulio Ferrari 06

The Chef's suggestions will be paired with each wine option.
