Bolognese Cooking Class, 11/11

Virtual Cooking Class: Wednesday, November 11  at 5:00 p.m.

Cooking Kit Box Pick-Up: Same day - Wed. 11/11 anytime after 10am

Each box includes:

- All necessary ingredients to prepare four servings of homemade Bolognese sauce

- Fresh pasta, four servings (already shaped, this class is just for the sauce!)

- One bottle of fine wine (your choice of white or red)

Class expectations:

- 1-hour live cooking class

- Interact and ask questions

- Led by owner, Rocco Scordella, and head chef, Davide de Falco

- Video presentation of all ingredients

- Cooking class will be recorded (you can re-watch it any time)
